Private & Semi-PRivate Training

Running and sprinting are skills, and these focused sessions are designed to refine them. Whether one-on-one or in a small group, Jenny provides individualized coaching that targets speed, technique, and strength—key elements for success in any sport. Each session is tailored to your specific goals, building confidence and delivering real results in a focused, supportive environment.

Ideal for athletes seeking a competitive edge and parents looking for expert guidance in their athlete’s development.

Small Group & Team Training

Designed for teams or small groups of 6–12 athletes. Sessions are built around your team’s specific goals and coordinated with the team’s coach to ensure alignment with overall training objectives. Special attention is given to individual skill development within the team setting, with a focus on proper warm-up routine, speed development, agility, and movement efficiency to elevate overall team performance.

Comprehensive Training Program

Designed for athletes with specific goals in mind, this program offers a personalized, structured approach to improving performance and speed development. Whether preparing for a season, refining skills, or targeting peak performance, it’s tailored to meet the athlete's unique needs.

Kenyon Run CLub

Kenyon Run Club offers a flexible, structured program for recreational runners who are preparing for local races. Members follow weekly running and strength workouts—solo or in groups—to stay fit, build strength, and train for local races. Whether you're racing or running for fun, Kenyon Run Club offers expert guidance, a supportive community, and the accountability to help you succeed.

Jenny offers expert coaching and consulting for Track & Field athletes, coaches, and teams. With experience at the high school, NCAA Division I, and professional levels, she specializes in training plan design across all event groups, with a focus on running technique, speed development, strength and conditioning, and event-specific skills.

Backed by a proven record of coaching championship teams and national qualifiers, Jenny delivers a results-driven, holistic approach that builds both physical performance and mental resilience. Services include individualized coaching, team consulting, program development, pre-season training plans, and technical support.

Training Fees

  • Private Session = $115.00/session

    Two Athletes = $75.00/athlete*

    Three Athletes = $65.00/athlete*

    Four to Five Athletes = $55.00/athlete*

    *Prices do not include a 10.35% State & Local Tax

  • Six Athletes = $50.00/athlete*

    Seven Athletes = $45.00/athlete*

    Eight to 12 = $40.00/athlete*

  • Initial Consultation & Evaluation:
    A no-cost consultation via Zoom will be conducted to assess the Athlete's goals and training needs. If you choose to proceed, the Comprehensive Speed Training Program is priced at $350.00 + Tax per training cycle (typically four weeks).

    The program typically includes:

    • Annual Training Plan: Customized to align with the Athlete's seasonal goals, competition schedule, and practices.

    • Personalized Weekly Training Plan.

    • Weekly Zoom Meeting: One session per week with the Coach for progress updates, feedback, and adjustments to the training plan.

    • Access to Coach: Ongoing availability for questions, guidance, and support via email, text, and phone.

    • Optional Video Analysis: Detailed analysis of running technique and form, reviewed during the weekly meeting.

  • Contact Jenny@kenyonspeed.com to discuss your team and program needs. Fees will vary based on scope of the project.

  • Athletes pay $35.00/month, plus tax, for program emailed weekly on Sunday evening. Training fees are due on the first of each month.

    Athletes may start and stop the program at anytime. Fees are non-refundable.
